Welcome to the Southgreen Community.  We are excited to have you join our neighborhood and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.  The legal name for your neighborhood is “Southgreen Homeowner Association”. The neighborhood consists of 31 single family homes. The community was originally built in 2005.

Southgreen Homeowner Association is registered in the State of Florida as a non-profit corporation Homeowners Association (HOA).  The HOA is charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the rules and regulations found within the corporate bylaws, Statement of Commitment, Declarations and Covenants which are generally referred to as “Deed Restrictions”.
